Women’s Strength Training

The strength training class teaches you how to properly use free weights (dumbbells) and stability balls to build your muscle mass and tone your body. Lifting weights will NOT make you bulky AND it will help prevent osteoporosis and will make losing weight easier!

Our next eight-week session begins on Tuesday, March 12 and continues through Thursday, May 2. The class will meet for one hour on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00 AM at the CrossPoint Community (Augusta Nazarene) Church Sanctuary on 4th Street.

Class members commit to an 8-week program and the cost is $100.00 ($6.25 per class), payable in full or in two payments of $50.00 each. You may also use a credit card through PayPal.
