Mindful Eating Tele-Workshop. You will learn about the basic concepts behind the Intuitive/Natural/Mindful Eating Philosophy and have a chance to ask questions about the non-diet movement and why diets DON’T work.

*WARNING: This class is not for the faint of heart or for those looking for a quick fix! It is for the woman who is FINALLY finished with dieting. The only rule in this program that you are ready to trust your own body and intuition about food! The concepts are simple AND implementing those concepts takes introspection about what is triggering your eating and the willingness to be mindful enough to make the choices that best serve you. Are you ready for a new relationship with food…and yourself?
This Eight-week Am I Hungry? Mindful Eating Tele-workshop (A Tele-workshop is conducted on the phone via my conference call line in the comfort of your own home) combines the benefits of an innovative non-diet approach with the interaction, inspiration and support of a group. In this Tele-workshop, you learn to be in charge of your eating instead of feeling out of control, how to eat the foods you love without overeating or guilt, how to increase your metabolism and how to eat healthier without depriving yourself. We will meet for eight weeks for 60-90 minutes each week. Class size limited to 10 and the next Tele-workshop begins on Tuesday, January 10 at Noon EST (Deadline to register is December 23).
I know, this all sounds great, but how much is it going to cost?
The price for the eight-week Tele-workshop is $199.00, which includes:
• All materials (A copy of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle and Am I Hungry? Workbook and Awareness Journal)
• Daily “Mindful Moment” email from Dr. Michelle May
• Access to the Participant Portal on the Am I Hungry? website for interaction among participants and lots of great information.
• Unlimited between session email support.
• Bonus One-hour private coaching session with me (Value – $100.00)
You can pay by check or you are welcome to use a credit card through PayPal. You can pay in full or you can divide the cost into three payments – $99.00 due on December 23, $50.00 due on January 10 and the final payment of $50.00 due on February 7.
